Dear friends,

The story of Archie would have never happened if it weren't for animal shelters like the Toronto Humane society where I adopted him, and for places like the SPCA herr in BC.

Archie always lived a life of positivity, warmth, and kindness. He also forced us to go outside for daily walks, and kept us active regardless of the weather or time of day.

This is why I've chosen to do a run in his name to raise raise funds for SPCA and to, at the same time, keep active and stay healthy while I do it. I'll be doing the BMO half marathon in May, with a targeted full Marathon by the Fall of 2026.

Animals rely on caring people like us so they can live happy and healthy lives. Last year the BC SPCA assisted over 135,000 animals! Thanks to animal lovers like you and me, they could provide these vulnerable animals with rescue, shelter, medical care and so much more.
