The EBUS KOALA Club is asking you to help us fundraise for animals! KOALA stands for the Klub of Animal Loving Allies, and has been a club at EBUS Academy since early 2022!
By coming together as an animal loving community, we hope to make a difference in the lives of animals. Fundraisers, campaigns and presentations are some of the ways that the KOALA has helped raise awareness for animals.
We asked some of the KOALA members here at EBUS Academy why they chose to join the club!
I joined the KOALA Club to help raise money and awareness for animals. Also to share my passion and love for all animals. - Ameko Carroll
I joined the KOALA club to help make a difference in the lives of animals by raising awareness and fundraising. Being a part of KOALA has helped shape me into the animal caregiver I hope to be in the future and has helped me learn more about the different ways I can help animals. - Danika, grade 12.
I joined Koala club because I love animals and I want to help them, by raising money I know it will make a big difference. - Grade 8
I joined Koala Club because I am very passionate about animals and their welfare. By raising awareness, fundraising, volunteering, and overall support we can make a big difference in the lives of many animals.

Animals rely on caring people like us so they can live happy and healthy lives. Last year the BC SPCA assisted over 118,000 animals! Thanks to animal lovers like you and me, they could provide these vulnerable animals with rescue, shelter, medical care and so much more.
