BlueskyMy good friend and mental support pup, Bobo passed away in '21. He was an SPCA rescue. His departure has still left a huge hole in my life and its so clear to me how important a friend like him is to ones mental health. Bobo and I walked daily, we probably walked 15-20,000 km together in the 7 years we had him. Animals are neglected, abused, and mistreated. This causes trauma that must be healed when they move to a new home. Bobos mental health was as important as mine. The SPCA paid for his surgery and found him a home with us. Our lives are forever changed. He was a good big brother to our sweet new doggo Nula and she's continued in our walking tradition.
