Be My Purr-fect Valentine
Supporting Areas of Greatest Need
Held by Jay
Dear Friends, Family and Fellow Animal Lovers,
Welcome to our fundraising page! Animals hold a special place in all our hearts, and this Valentine's season, we're spreading love in the best way we know how--by helping animals in need. We are a group of six students from SFU, and we've come together with a shared passion for making a difference in the lives of animals across B.C.
Every day, countless animals face neglect, abuse and abandonment. We want to be able to give them the chance to feel the love and care that they deserve. That's why we're raising $350 for the BC SPCA by February 16, 2025. With your support, we hope to raise awareness on the prevention of animal cruelty and provide vulnerable animals with the rescue, shelter, and care they desparately need.
Last year, the BC SPCA helped over 135,000 animals. This Valentine's Day, let's give even more animals a reason to wag their tails and purr with joy! Your generous donations will go directly towards food, care, shelter, medical treatment and rehabilitation.
We cant do this alone--we need your help to share the love! Whether you can donate or simply spread the word, your support will make a difference. Click the "Donate" button or call 1-855-622-7722 and mention our Champions for Animals fundraising page 'Be My Purr-fect Valentine.'
Lets come together this Valentines season to be the purr-fect match for animals in need. Thank you for opening your hearts and standing with us as we work to give every animal the love and care they deserve.
With gratitude,
SFU Students Jay, Elissa, Rumbi, Brem, Zaf and Aman

Meet Clyde: He Needs Your Help!
Clyde is a sweet, loving dog who endured incredible challenges. Suffering from entropion, a painful condition where his eyelids turned inward, Clydes left eye was so swollen he could barely see. But that wasnt allhe also faced a life-threatening bowel obstruction that required emergency surgery to save his life. In addition to these major surgeries, Clyde needed treatment for itchy ears, neuter surgery, and ongoing medications to support his recovery.
Despite everything, Clydes gentle and loving nature shines through. He adores people and, despite his size, loves curling up like a tiny lap dog. Your kindness can ensure that animals like Clyde receive the surgeries, medications, and daily care they need to fully heal and find loving homes.
