Abigail & friends are helping animals
Supporting Nanaimo
Held by Abigail
Dear friends,
My name is Abigail. I am 13 years old. Animals are such an important part of my life, as they are for many people. I have owned many pets, including hamsters, fish, dogs, and rabbits. My profile picture is of Bear, my hamster. I adopted him from the SPCA and gave him a loving home. I want to help save more animals in distress, but I can't do it without you. Will you help me save neglected, abused, under-served and abandoned animals?
This summer, with the help of my friends, I am walking, running, and cycling a total of 460 km, which is the length of Vancouver Island in order to raise money for the Nanaimo SPCA. Every week we will add our kilometres together to reach our goal by the end of summer.
Animals rely on caring people like us so they can live happy and healthy lives. Last year the BC SPCA assisted over 135,000 animals! Thanks to animal lovers like you and me, they could provide these vulnerable animals with rescue, shelter, medical care and so much more.
Your donation can give them a second chance at life, free from cruelty. Please join me today to help animals in need.
To donate, please click on the 'Donate' button or call 1-855-622-7722 and mention my Champions for Animals page.
Thank you so much for your support!
July 15th update: We have done 161 km so far! Thank you for all your donations! Shout outs to all my friends that are walking and hiking with me every day!
